SAMPLING PROCEDURE
1. Sampling needle installation: put the sampling needle of the sterile sampling bag into the slide rail of the sampling base and fix it with screws.
2. Installation of sampling device: Install the sampling device to the fermenter and make sure it is firmly connected.
3. Sampling operation: Press the sampling needle, and the liquid flows into the sterile sampling bag.
4. Separate the sampling bag: Using pliers to clamp the metal ring, cut and seal the sampling bag.
5. Pipetting operation: Use a syringe to extract the target volume of material solution to complete aseptic sampling.
