A Groundbreaking Laboratory TFF System
The K₂T-Mini is a modular, automated, small desktop tangential flow ultrafiltration system. The system is compatible with boxed flat film packages and hollow fiber membrane columns. It is suitable for processes such as concentration, dialysis (buffer replacement), purification and clarification of biologics such as vaccines, monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins, as well as microfiltration and SPTFF modes. The system can be used flexibly in laboratory environments such as process development and clinical trials, as well as for cGMP production.
The K₂T-Mini basic system consists of a recirculation tank with magnetic stirring and swirl baffle, a addition pump (peristaltic pump), a feed pump (peristaltic pump, with optional four-element plunger diaphragm pump), a filtration pump (peristaltic pump, with optional filtration PCV), pressure sensor for inlet, concentrate, and filtration, a ultrasonic flowmeter (outlet), switch valve, and PCV, tank and weighing unit, a membrane holding fixture (200c㎡-0.1㎡).
