The K₂T-Mini is a modular, automated, labscale desktop tangential flow ultrafiltration system. The system is compatible with boxed flat film package and hollow fiber membrane columns. It is suitable for processes such as concentration, dialysis (buffer exchange), purification and clarification of biologics such as vaccines, monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins, as well as MF and SPTFF modes. The system can be used flexibly in processes development, clinical trials and other laboratory environments, and also for cGMP production.
